Who we are

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact and appointment form:
- Full name and email address (required)
- Phone number, company name, service of interest and preferred appointment date (optional)
- The message you write to us
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or social media pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, see which websites refer visitors and measure page performance. They work without cookies and do not identify you personally. Your browser also keeps one session-only flag that remembers you have already seen the intro animation; it never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate the site securely.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a proposal or quote, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where your information is stored
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Supabase: stores contact form submissions in a secured database
- Resend: delivers the email notification about your enquiry to our team
- Vercel: hosts this website, serves its pages and provides cookieless analytics
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of that engagement and any record-keeping period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email contact.vaqnova@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
